John August VODDEN

*16 Mar 1851 - †25 Oct 1925

a) Shown as a son on the 1851 British Census but not with the rest of the family on the 1861 British Census. Second John born in 1851 early but is not on the 1851 British Census leads me to believe that the census takers got the age wrong and this person is the same as John August Vodden born March 16, 1851 unless he has now left the family and living on his own at age 17. Since the rest stayed around long after this age, that wouldn't seem to be the case.1881 British Census
